If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have purchased, we will gladly refund your money or exchange the product (s) within 21 days from the day that you received the item(s) (See Returns & Exchanges Policy).

Returned item(s) will be accepted 21 days from the day that you receive the item (s). All returned items must be in its original (new) condition and enclosed in its original packaging (including receipts, warranties, plastic bag, and tags). A return authorization number must be obtained by calling 1-213-621-4412 (between 8:30am and 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time) or by emailing us at orders@DMXStyle.com. We will refund you the full price of the item(s) once we receive it. The shipping and handling charges from your original order are not refundable. All authorized returns will be refunded and the refund issued in the same form as the original payment method. Refund on orders paid for using a credit card will be credited to the same credit card account. It will take approximately two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card. |

Defective items or items for exchange will be accepted and replaced for another item (s) 21 days from the day you receive the item (s). All items for exchange must be in its original (new) condition and enclosed in its original packaging (including receipts, warranties, plastic bag, and tags). A return or exchange authorization number must be obtained by calling 213- 621-4412 (between 8:30am and 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time) or by emailing orders@DMXStyle.com. We will pay the return shipping cost of defective item(s) that are returned or exchanged. Simply use the pre-addressed return label when sending the package back to DMXStyle.com. Fill out the return/exchange form enclosed in the package and indicate if you want to exchange the merchandise or if you want a refund. If you want to exchange the merchandise, we will pay the cost of shipping the replacement item. If additional items are ordered, DMXStyle.com will only pay for the shipping cost of the replacement item. If you want a refund, the refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment method. Refund on orders paid for using a credit card will be credited to the same credit card account. It will take approximately two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card. Kindly allow us 3 to 5 days from the date we receive the item(s) to process your return. |

Previously exchanged items will be accepted 21 days from the day that you received the item (s). All previously exchanged items must be in its original (new) condition and enclosed in its original packaging (including, receipts, warranties, plastic bag, and tags). Items that have been previously exchanged may be returned for store credit. |

Unauthorized returns and/or exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
DMXStyle.com will not authorize returns and/or exchanges on items that have elapsed the 21 day grace period for returns and/or exchanges. |

We will not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: |
- Items that have been worn and/or washed.
Items that are not in its original box and packaging
- Items without a return or exchange authorization from DMXStyle.com.
- Items that have no proof of purchase from DMXStyle.com
- Items that have passed the 21 day grace period for returns and/or exchanges.
